Founded in 2012, the company is a joint-stock fine chemical enterprise integrating research and development, production, and sales. It is among the earliest domestic enterprises to develop and manufacture the polymerization inhibitor diethylhydroxylamine, with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and long-term industrial applications.

The total investment amounts to RMB 132.32 million, and the production site covers an area of 38,000 square meters. Fixed assets are valued at RMB 80 million, and the workforce consists of 103 employees. The R&D team includes 20 professionals, among them 2 PhD holders, 3 senior engineers, and 5 intermediate-level technical specialists. In total, 16 employees hold bachelor’s degrees or higher.

The enterprise currently holds 28 invention patents, 14 utility model patents, and 2 software copyrights. The core business focuses on the research, development, and production of rubber and plastic additives, as well as other fine chemical products. Key offerings include diethylhydroxylamine, isopropylhydroxylamine, and related derivatives, with a total annual production capacity exceeding 6,000 tons. These products are widely used as polymerization inhibitors in nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and styrene systems. They are also applied in water treatment deoxygenation, PVC terminators, and semiconductor photoresist stripping solutions.

p-Toluenesulfonamide (PTSA), sodium p-toluenesulfinate (SPTS), and N-ethyl-p-toluenesulfonamide (N-PTSA) are important intermediates for pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and dyes, with a combined annual production capacity exceeding 3,500 tons.

The difluoroacetic acid product series represents a key class of fluorinated organic intermediates. These products are widely used in the synthesis of agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and chemical raw materials, with an annual production capacity of over 3,500 tons.

In addition, environmentally friendly terminators are newly developed products primarily used in the PVC industry. Their quality, consistency, and stability have been highly recognized by customers, supporting reliable, safe, and long-term industrial applications.
